Job Description

oProcessing of PI requests for channel business.
o Processing of all PIs requests for channel business.
o Coordinating with branches for opening of TT transactions from customers for channel business.
o Transferring TT details to HQ and complete coordination with them till shipment for TT cases only.
oCoordination with sales team at branches and sales planning team at HQ for channel indent business.
o Checking & Verifying the PI requests for RA/ SA/ PA indent business (TT cases & LC cases).
o Checking and updating stock status on branch request for various projects under negotiations (lead time) and information flow to branches.
o Coordination with branches for PO arrangement from customers & forwarding to DIL for shipment arrangement.
o Information flow to branches for updated shipment status for onward inputs to customers.
oBranch reports- Monthly follow-up for timeline adherence, compilation on receipt.
o Coordination and follow up from all the branches for regular and specific reports required by Head Office for channel business.
o Proper, accurate and timely compilation of all the reports.
oMIS data( channel sales)- Analyze branch reports for completeness & clear inputs, complete reports generation in time as per management brief, timely and accurately reporting.
o Collate, analyze for completeness & clear inputs, and complete report generation as per brief given and timely reporting for following :
Branch Report- Result v/s. Forecast
Key Customers call cycle
Enquiry Sheet, Major Order Booked & Lost data
Consultant Call Cycle
Model wise 3 months Rolling Indent
SBU wise 3 month Forecast
o Preparation of following sales report at every month end:
Vietnam format
R1 Form sales progress
RA Dealer Development
Dealer wise Series Wise Sales Result
Dealer Development Progress RA,SA,PA
Model wise Sales Report
Dealer Sales Progress compilation (RA, SA, DU & VRV)

oDealer appointment and agreement complete process - Coordination at Head Office.
o Coordination & follow up for documents from Branch Managers required at the time of dealer's appointment
o Verifying all the documents (Application scrutiny), approval request process, the process of issuing LOI after approval and forming agreement after the completion of dealers probation period.
o Proper documentation and Maintaining Dealer's files.
o Generating Dealer code in SAP.
o Coordination with Branch Managers for dealer's probation and performance.
o Preparation of agreement for renewal of contract period and for cases with change in dealers address/name etc. and SAP entries modification also.
o Processing documents for blockage of dealers code towards cancelled dealers to finance department.

oJ- SOX requirement- Checking and Verifying Dealers sales margins.
o Downloading dealer margin statement from SAP, rechecking and verifying it( J-SOX process need)
o Ensuring correct amount of commission as per approval is released to dealer ( in SAP)
o Dealer code creation in SAP
o Changes in Dealer Master in SAP based on the dealers requirement.
oTracking and updating competitor invoices for price analysis and keeping its record.
