Job Description:
The key role of the Analyst will be to complete all cases through calculation of redress and completion of decision letter, plus tasks assigned by the team leader ensuring high quality output and good productivity.
• Accurately and clearly produce FDLs to customers, informing them of the outcome of their review
• Select the appropriate FDL template for the particular case
• Ensure records are completed within guidelines or escalated appropriately with approval before closing
• Work in a highly monitored environment
• Problem-solve difficult and complex calculations
• Sense-check the calculated figures to ensure that they are correct
• Ensure general customer satisfaction through follow up and ownership of customer cases
• Accurately transfer data to a calculation tool
