Job Description
To meet sales targets by identifying, meeting & convincing potential customers either directly or indirectly through a network of Distributors.
Key Accountabilities
Create and implement a plan to ensure achievement of direct sales targets:
Continuously seek to meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve direct sales targets
Regularly network with potential customers and those who can lead to potential customers so as to have a wide base from which direct sales targets can be achieved
Build and operate a sustainable distribution network to achieve sales targets:
Schedule and action all chartered activities within the set time frame
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization)
Continuously seek to meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve direct sales targets
Regularly network with potential customers and those who can lead to potential customers so as to have a wide base from which direct sales targets can be achieved
Build and operate a sustainable distribution network to achieve sales targets:
Schedule and action all chartered activities within the set time frame

Recruiting, Training and Motivating Insurance Advisors.
Create strategies for growth in sales volumes in existing markets & identify new markets for establishing presence & generate enhanced Business opportunities.
Goal setting of the team in accordance to the company goals and to achieve these goals in a month on month basis.
To monitor the performance of the team by following a regular tracking system and to ensure that the team members earn a good inventive so that the sales targets are achieved as well.
Continuously motivating and shriving the team for overall growth of organization as well as team.
