3.Identify problem areas and provide solutions that can be implemented at scale.

4.Adhere to the BU OKRs by meeting team and individual OKRs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.Sound and in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of adwords and all features.
2.Technical troubleshooting skills.

3.Demonstrable experience in customer support.

4.Ability to work in a flexible environment.

5.Excellent written communication skills in English.
