Job Description:
Responsible for end-to-end product management:
- From conception to launch
- Leading the cross-functional project team for successful project execution
- Liase with creative agency for card name/design, marketing collaterals
- Liase with research agency for all new product development and concept research
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies for tie-ups, offers, bonus rewards, rewards catalogue, redemption & fullfilment
- Create sales scripts and sales tools for various sales channels and regularly review product performance and plan for interventions/campaigns to aid sales efforts
- Create customer service scripts and faq documents for objection handling and customer queries
- Conceptualisation & implementation of a premium experience for the credit card customers
- Regularly monitor/audit end-to-end consumer experience for the card program
- Responsible for new account sourcing, product p&l, usage/retention
