Job Description:

1.Candidates have to works on allocated incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software – servers, laptops, PCs etc. with high degree of supervision.

2.Provides support for simple trouble shooting requirements.

3.May be required to work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24×7 type of support.

Candidate Profile:

1.Candidates from B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech from any recognized university.

2.Candidate should have minimum 50% in 10th and 12th & 60 % in their PG/UG.
