Job Description:
1.Partners on interviews with senior team members and can probe CEB members, prospects and staff on fundamental investigation issues and questions
2.Prepares insightful, accurate and detailed interview notes that clearly and crisply highlight the key takeaways and their impact on the investigation
3.Carries out secondary research activities focused on research issues and the competitive landscape
4.Can build a market universe of potential members and create basic financial models
5.Completes market prospecting independently with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
6.Works closely with sales, research, member services and other groups in the firms to gather information and advice on new business initiatives and beings to spot opportunities to inflect current business performance
7.Distills large amounts of information and data from multiple sources into meaningful, powerful conclusions
8.Assists in the preparation of research findings to the CEB Leadership Team (“CLT”) and other senior audiences
9.Participates in department planning and “brainstorming” sessions for new research initiatives and assisting in new businesses viability assessments
