* Experience with Agile Software
* Good knowledge of Object-Oriented programming principles.* Strong programming skills in one of the following programming languages:Java, C++, C, C# (preferably Java)
* Experience developing test automation systems.
* Experience with the J2EE application server software platform.
* Experience with web application technologies: javascript, CSS, XML, HTML.* Ability to work with teams in remote locations to complete assigned tasks.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem solving skills
