Job Description:
1.Data Analytics
- Enables data-based decision making for all sales & marketing related initiatives in ICSS
- Prepares daily/weekly/monthly MIS dashboard for acquisition
- Maintains and tracks all key monthly metrics like acquisitions, cards in force, attrition, etc.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of information provided as it forms a key input to senior management decision-making
- Deep dive on problems that business is facing e.g. Acquisitions, Decline rate analysis, Product billings analysis, etc.
2.Critical Challenges:
- Prioritizing requests from different internal and external customers is a key challenge
- Keeping focus in times of extreme time pressure

- Knowledge of key business metrics for ICSS
- Skill in massaging data, extracting data from the database using excel lookups, pivot tables etc.
- Understanding the requirements of different stakeholders: sales and marketing- problem solving and communicating with them effectively
- Knowledge of SWAP, AR & Globestar and tools required to process the data
-Minimum 4 years experience, analytical background, knowledge of card industry preferred, MBA a plus though not essential.
- Knowledge of key business metrics for ICSS
